Database Fields Available for Documents

The fields shown here are available for selection on the Document Maintenance dialog for insertion into a document.

VoterName	Voter's name formatted as Last-Name, First-Name Middle-Name Style-Suffix. Note: For line printer forms where the maximum length of the string is known, this format is progressively shortened using middle initial, first initial, and finally dropping name style if necessary.

Address1	Voter's mailing address if available, otherwise the first line of the residence address. Private addresses are shown.

Address4	Fourth line of the mailing address if available.
Mail1	First line of the mailing address. Blank if no mailing address.
Mail2	Second line of the mailing address. Blank if no mailing address.
Mail3	Third line of the mailing address. Blank if no mailing address.
MailCtySt	City, state, and zip code of the mailing address. Blank if no mailing address.
MailCityName	Mailing address city. Blank if no mailing address.

MailCountry	Mailing address country. Blank if no mailing address.
Residence	Formatted residence-address line.
ResidenceProt	For voters with a protected address, the text Protected prints in place of the residence address. The address appears as usual for voters whose address is not protected.
ResCtySt	Formatted residence city and state line.
ResCtyStProt	For voters with a protected address, the text Protected prints in place of the city and state of the residence address. The city and state appears as usual for voters whose address is not protected.
ResCounty	Voter's county of residence.
FullResidence	Full one-line residence address including city name, state, and zip code.
USPSCity	USPS city name for residence address.
Party	Party code.
PartyName	Party name (up to 40 characters).
Sex	Sex code.
Regn Code	Registration code.
EDR	Effective Date of Registration.
BirthDate	Voter's date of birth.
BirthPlace	Voter's state or country of birth.
Assistance	Prints a Y for voters with Assistance flag set to Y or an N for voters who do not have the Assistance flag set.
AssistanceX	The value specified in Voter Focus Admin > System Options > VC Options > Assistance Required Text for Voter Certificates.
AssistanceN	Prints an X if assistance not required.
AssistanceY	Prints an X if assistance is required.
CongDist	US Congressional district number.
County	County Commission seat.
SchlBrd	School Board seat.
Dst-{district}	Seat number for the district. Note: Your database will have multiple fields of this type, one for each district.
DSC-{district}	District type for the district. Note: Your database will have multiple fields of this type, one for each district.
Short-DSC-{district}	Short description for the district. Note: Your database will have multiple fields of this type, one for each district.
Inc-{district}	Incumbent's name. Note: Your database will have multiple fields of this type, one for each district.
IncParty-{district}	Incumbent's party. Note: Your database will have multiple fields of this type, one for each district.
IncCont-{district}	Incumbent's contact information. Note: Your database will have multiple fields of this type, one for each district.
CityCode	City in which the voter can vote.
CityName	City name for which the voter can vote.
CityLongName	The full name of the city (20 characters).
CityWard	City ward in which the voter can vote.
TodaysDate	Date at time of printing.
Precinct	Voter's precinct ID.
PrecinctPart	Voter's precinct split.
Status	Voter's registration status code.
StatusDesc	Text description of the voter's status code.
ReasonCode	Voter's status reason code.
ReasonDesc	Text description of the voter's status reason code.
PrcLocn	Place name of the voter's polling place.
PrcRegionDesc	Polling place region description.
PrcAddress	Street address of a voter's polling place.

ValidFromDate	The date when a voter becomes eligible to participate in an election, which is 30 days after their application was initially submitted. This date appears on the Activity tab in Voter Maintenance.
